$10,000 SCHOLARSHIP Eligibility Requirements and Application
1st Place = $5000 ~ 2nd Place = $3000 ~ 3rd Place = $2000
- You must be a resident of Mississippi and enrolled as a senior at a Mississippi high school and be graduating in 2024.
- You must sing, dance, or play a musical instrument and submit a performance video for review by the selection committee by uploading to YouTube (do not mail in DVDs). There is a line below on this form to submit a link to your video.
If chosen as a semi-finalist you will be invited to perform live at the Finale to be held in Tupelo, MS in March or April 2024.
You MUST be able to perform at the Live Finale or otherwise forfeit. (Travel expenses WILL NOT be provided.)
- You must be going to attend college, but it is not required that you be enrolled in a musical program. Any Community College or 4-Year University of your choice is acceptable.
- You must enter into a contract detailing the Scholarship winnings with the Tupelo Elvis Fan Club.

February 14, 2024: Completed applications MUST be submitted using this form by February 14, 2024
Semi-finalists will be notified by email or by a call to the email and/or phone number that you provide on this form.
Finalists will perform in Tupelo, MS. The winner and the two alternates will be selected through a panel of judges. Final judging will be based solely on performance.

Application: Must be Completed Entirely
List the name, telephone number, and email address of parent or guardian if you are under the age of 18.
Please provide a link to your YouTube video here. Your video should NOT exceed 10 minutes and must include the following:
a. A short introductory of yourself and why you feel you should win the scholarship.
b. Performance (singing, dancing, or playing a musical instrument) of ONE song of your choice.
c. Performance (singing, dancing, or playing a musical instrument) of ONE Elvis song of your choice.
NOTICE: Please edit your line #14 image submission so the file size is 2-3mb or smaller.
Applications will not be reviewed unless all information requested is received. If, for some reason, your performance video cannot be located on YouTube you will be contacted within 3 (three) days and asked to provide another link. Your failure to then provide a working link (URL) would cause your application to be withdrawn. All applications and performance videos received by the deadline will be reviewed by the selection committee.
